Return Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds. However, we offer replacements in case of damaged or incorrect items.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
- Raise a request within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Provide an unboxing video as proof of damage or incorrect item.
- Ensure the item is unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Replacement Policy
If approved, the replacement product will be processed and delivered within 7-10 days (For ready to dispatch products) from the date of approval. Unintentional delays might occur due to unavailability of stock, government holidays or extended transit time.
Please note that our return and replacement policy applies only in cases of damaged products. To be eligible, the original packaging must be intact, all tags must be attached, the product must remain unused, and an unboxing video should be available as proof. Additionally, the request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the package.
