We do not accept returns or refunds. However, we offer replacements in case of damaged or incorrect items.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

  • Raise a request within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • Provide an unboxing video as proof of damage or incorrect item.
  • Ensure the item is unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
